Home Monitoring Checklist for Long Island, NY
- Have your boiler and air conditioning systems had a tune-up this year?
Annual heating and cooling system tune-ups are part of the recipe for successful and affordable home comfort. If you haven’t scheduled your annual tune-up for your boiler or A/C unit yet, be sure to get in touch with the Hardy Plumbing team so we can schedule an on-site (but socially distant) preventative maintenance appointment at your convenience. - Do you have our number on speed dial for plumbing emergencies?
Okay, you might not use speed dial anymore, but be sure to keep our North Fork or South Fork phone number on hand in case you need it. We recommend saving the closer office’s number in your phone so you can dial quickly if you ever experience a plumbing or heating emergency. - How are your plumbing and water heater systems holding up?
Water heaters only last for about 10 years, and at that point, they risk bursting and causing significant water damage in your Long Island home’s basement. If you are questioning your water heater’s integrity, please give us a call so we can determine if you should consider a water heater replacement.
Always remember, we’re here for you! Contact Hardy Plumbing & Heating if you need home comfort assistance during this trying time.
